Motorsport
Phiroze has competed in some of the UK's most competitive racing series, including the British GT Championship, British Endurance Championship, BRSCC Championships, BTCC support categories and historic racing.

His experience spans a wide range of race cars, from Porsche, BMW, Aston Martin, Dodge Vipers and other high-performance touring cars, with multiple race wins across different disciplines.
​
Alongside racing, Phiroze is an ARDS Grade A Driver Coach, working with drivers from first-time track-day participants through to experienced racers. His coaching combines technical driving expertise with a practical understanding of preparation, consistency, race-craft and decision-making under pressure.
​
He is also the co-founder of 6 Degrees Motorsport, a business community that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs and investors through shared motorsport experiences. The business creates opportunities for people to build genuine relationships while experiencing motorsport from the inside.

Business
Alongside his involvement in motorsport, Phiroze has spent more than 25 years in senior commercial and leadership roles, helping organisations across the UK, Europe and the Middle East improve performance, develop leaders and grow their businesses.
​
His experience spans sales leadership, business development, strategic partnerships and organisational performance, working with executive teams across a wide range of sectors. In addition to his corporate career, he has founded and invested in property development ventures.

Today, Phiroze continues to balance his professional career with motorsport and business interests, bringing together commercial experience, leadership capability and a long-standing passion for performance and engineering-led environments.​
